(CDNA)
Plan
must
bring
their
CDNA
card
with
them
to
the
dentist
office.
CDNA
members
must
select
a dentist
from
the
Cigna
Provider
Network.

the
CIGNA
Dental
logo
and
instructions
that
say,
“The
card
holder
is
directly
responsible
for
payment
to
the
dentist.”
The
CDNA
dentist
should
adjust
your
bill
according
to
the
Cigna
Fee
